Volunteering Application Form
Volunteers are needed in various capacities throughout the hospital:
- at information desks
- in the Admitting/Discharge office
- in the International Patient Services
- in the Emergency department
- in the mail room
- in the gift shop
- with circulating art carts
- as pastoral visitors
- with the volunteer blood donor program
- in the waiting areas

ST. LUKE'S AUXILIARY PROGRAM
Those between the ages of 15 and 18 who are willing to commit a minimum of 100 hours for the summer or a year are eligible to apply for the Auxiliary's junior volunteer program. For application information, please call 832-355-2103.

To become a member of the St. Luke's Auxiliary Program, you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- volunteer an equivalent of three hours a week in our health system
- wear the Auxiliary uniform
- pay $5 annual dues
Service membership benefits include:
- complimentary valet parking provided while volunteering

complimentary health screenings and annual flu shots

hospital-sponsored and Auxiliary-sponsored educational seminars

- invitations to social events
For those who do not have the time to serve actively but still want to be a part of the Auxiliary, you can join as a contributing member and have two membership options to choose from:
- the Sustaining Member, who contributes annual dues of $60
- the Patron Member, who contributes $1,000 or more (tax deductible) for a lifetime membership
Contributing membership benefits include:
- an Auxiliary "Shield Card" that provides a 10% discount in the cafeteria
- direct admitting and courtesy dismissal when an inpatient at St. Luke's
- free hospital-sponsored and Auxiliary-sponsored educational seminars
- the Auxiliary publication Acts & Facts
