Launched in 2005, the Neurovascular Center at St. Luke’s receives international attention for cutting-edge imaging, interventional, and surgical capabilities for the prevention and treatment of stroke, aneurysm, and other neurovascular diseases. The Center offers multidisciplinary expertise from renowned interventional neuroradiologists, neurointensivists, neurologists and neurosurgeons.

Technologies:
State-of-the-art biplane angiography systems designed for ideal patient access and projection angles as well as integrated software allowing for rapid diagnosis with real-time evaluations, study comparisons, image fusion, and 3D reconstructions.

First in the world and one of two in the U.S., St. Luke’s is testing a robot designed and used to build luxury cars – the Artis Zeego robotic device, in a partnership with Siemens.  It is used to aidphysicians in the treatment of complex neurovascular illnesses by offering view of the brain and cerebral blood vessels, at infinite angles an axis planes that were previously unavailable.
