Basic Health Check Program
Each consultation provides one-on-one interaction with your physician, with special attention given to those health issues of greatest concern to you. During your check up, you will receive a thorough medical assessment, including:

Additional services may include:

Exercise Treadmill Test – Graded exercise test to evaluate cardiovascular response to exercise. The test includes electrocardiogram evaluation, blood pressure screening and exercise tolerance.

Fitness and Lifestyle Assessment – Consultation with an exercise physiologist about cardiac risk factors, dietary habits, goal setting, stress management, body fat analysis, strength and flexibility tests, and a personalized exercise prescription.

Mammogram – Screening exam for early detection of breast cancer. Recommendations for women at age
- 40 - A baseline mammogram
- 40 to 49 – A mammogram every 1 to 2 years
- 50 and older – A mammogram every year
- Bone Densitometry – Scan to measure bone mass, which aids in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis.
- Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) – Screening exam (lab test) for prostate cancer.
- HIV screening – Lab screen
- Vision – Visual acuity and glaucoma screening
- Audiology – Hearing acuity screening
- Immunizations – Available upon request
